Lee Gutschenritter is a trial lawyer dedicated to the representation of individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries or death due to the negligence of others. Lee has won numerous jury trials on behalf of his clients. His most recent trial resulted in a historic $38.6 million jury verdict against one of the largest hospitals systems in the State of Georgia.

Victor Faenza has represented plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial and construction
litigation as a civil litigator for 33 years. He is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of
Central Florida and graduated with high honors from the Florida State University College of
Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. His practice has
involved a wide range of matters, including Construction, Trucking, Professional Malpractice
(including medical, dental, and legal), Bad Faith, Premises Liability (including violent crime),
Products Liability, Personal Injury, Aviation, Employment, Fraud, Contracts, Runoff/Land Use,

3800 cases and currently serves as a full time mediator and arbitrator handling more than 200

David is one of the most experienced lawyers in the country in the representation of sex trafficking survivors in lawsuits against businesses that benefit from sex trafficking.
David began his legal career with a prominent international law firm, where he worked on major commercial litigation matters for some of the world's largest companies, including more than ten Fortune 500 companies.
In his free time, David is active in the Atlanta community. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for The Posse Foundation Atlanta. David is a graduate of the LEAD Atlanta program (2017), and he has mentored numerous law school students through the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. David has also been called upon to lecture on trial advocacy and litigation strategy to law school students.
David received his law degree from New York University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. Prior to attending law school, David received a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship from the United States Department of State. David served in Haiphong, Vietnam.
Billy is a seasoned litigator specializing in professional liability. For the majority of his career, Billy has handled complex matters arising from allegations of negligent and intentional misconduct by attorneys, accountants, trustees, dentists, real estate agents, insurance agents, and other professionals. He has successfully tried cases involving claims for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, defamation, and fraud.
Billy has regularly represented attorneys, accountants, and real estate agents in connection with investigations by professional review boards and agencies. He is often retained before litigation to assess and control his clients’ exposure to potential legal risks and assist with the development of internal risk management policies and procedures.
Billy also has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, asset purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, buy- and sell-side access letters, and other transactional documents.
Billy has been recognized as a SuperLawyer® and Best Lawyer in America® numerous times by his peers. He frequently lectures on litigation techniques at Georgia State University School of Law.
For years, Billy served as internal General Counsel for two large law firms at which he has worked. Andy earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. As the father of two boys with type 1 diabetes, Andy is passionate about supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), having served on its Board for six consecutive years, including two years as President of the Georgia Chapter. In 2012, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association awarded him its Community Service Award for his work with JDRF. In addition, in 2017, JDRF gave Andy and his wife, Donna, the Barbara and Duke Roos Living and Giving Award, recognizing their many years of service to the organization.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys spending time and traveling with his family, often involving golf together, if at all possible.
