Ken is a founding partner of Jarrard & Davis law firm in Cumming.  His firm specializes in local government representation, and is the retained counsel for the Counties of Barrow, Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth, Georgetown-Quitman, Greene, Newton, Screven, and Pickens, and the Cities of Alpharetta, Fayetteville, Milton, and Stone Mountain.  His firm also provides litigation and specialty services on a case-by-case basis to governments and authorities throughout the state. In addition to legal representation, Ken provides numerous training classes throughout the year for Georgia elected and appointed officials, including attorneys and judges, in all areas of local government law including ethics, open government, contracts, emergency management, civil rights, zoning, and governmental immunities. Ken received his Master of Public Administration and law degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

•Graduate of Mercer University with a Juris Doctor Degree from the Walter F.George School of Law at Mercer University.
 
•Served on the Investigative Panel for the State Disciplinary Board for the State Bar of Georgia (now the State Disciplinary Board)and was a member for seven years. Served as Chair.
 
•Formerly a county attorney in two counties,city attorney in three cities, and represented several other governmental authorities.
 
•He was formerly a municipal court judge in eight cities and is currently the judge in Ideal Georgia. District 3 representative for the Georgia Council of Municipal Court Judges.
 
•He is currently teaching Business Law and the Legal Environment of Business at Georgia Southwestern for the School of Business and Computing. He has been teaching at the college level since 1999.
 
•Bill regularly teaches continuing legal education courses in ethics and professionalism for the State Bar of Georgia and continuing education courses for the Institute for Continuing Judicial Education.
 
•Parliamentarian for the State Bar of Georgia.
