Ms. Leslie Alyson Graham, Willis Investment Counsel

Alyson Graham is a Trust and Estate Specialist for Willis Investment Counsel (“WIC”), a 45-year-old independent investment management firm in Gainesville, Georgia.  Supporting a holistic approach to wealth planning, Alyson serves as a resource to clients and their advisors to help clients understand, identify and achieve their estate and wealth planning goals. 

Prior to joining WIC, Alyson served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Trust Services at Ameris Bank.  Prior to that, Alyson practiced trusts and estates law for over a decade with firms including Smith, Gambrell & Russell in Atlanta and Stewart, Melvin & Frost in Gainesville, specializing in sophisticated estate and tax planning and estate administration for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and their families.  

Alyson serves as Secretary of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and as a member of the Section’s Legislative and Code Revision Committees. She is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Southeast Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.  Alyson earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and her LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Kelley Napier is a partner at Georgia Estate & Elder Law in Atlanta. Kelley holds the Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) designation from the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in elder law. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where she currently serves on the board of the Georgia Chapter. She also participates in the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Stonewall Bar Association, and the Planned Giving Council at Oglethorpe University. She has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2020.

 

Prior to joining Georgia Estate & Elder Law, Kelley worked with another local firm specializing in Medicaid Planning. It was this legal work and Kelley’s experience navigating the long-term care system for her grandmother that prompted her enrollment in law school. Prior to her legal work, Kelley worked in the construction industry for several years.

Personal:

Kelley grew up in Gwinnett County. She currently lives in Atlanta with her family. She is active with her church and enjoys spending time at Lake Lanier.

Mr. Joseph Andrew Sillitto, Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford PC

Joseph Sillitto practices in the area of trusts and estates in Columbus, GA, with the law firm of Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford, P.C.  He is a cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University and of Georgia State University College of Law.   Chair of the Fiduciary Section and the past President of the Columbus Bar Association, Joseph has been a regular speaker for the Basic Fiduciary program for ICLE in Macon and Atlanta, and he has previously presented in Athens at the Estate Planning Institute and in Amelia Island at the Fiduciary Law Institute.
