Tyson Willis is a senior associate at Arnall Golden Gregory in Atlanta, where his practice focuses on wealth transfer planning for ultra high net worth clients, charitable planning, and estate tax planning for carried and promoted interests. Tyson is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Harvard Law School. He received his LLM in taxation at New York University. He is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning topics, including tax-efficient gifting, estate planning after the 2017 tax reform, and planning to minimize the impact of spousal elective share laws.
Felix is an associate at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP in Atlanta, where he advises individuals and their families on complex wealth transfer planning strategies, including estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving, family business succession planning, and estate administration. He also advises tax-exempt entities, such as public charities and private foundations on corporate governance issues and various tax compliance requirements.
Felix is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and the Georgetown University Law Center.
Leslie L. Cadle is an attorney with the law firm of Smith, Hawkins, Hollingsworth & Reeves, LLP in Macon. Leslie focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning and probate administration. She received her B.A. in journalism from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Mercer University School of Law.
Leslie is currently a member of the Macon Bar Association, the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court. She is a member-at-large on the Executive Committee of the Fiduciary Law Section and serves as Chair of Communications Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. She is a Past President of the Middle Georgia Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and previously served as a board member of the Hay House and Georgia Legal Services Program.
