Catherine Gibson practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, business law, personal injury, civil litigation, and immigration. Her practice includes residential and commercial loan modifications, landlord/tenant law and real estate sales. Ms. Gibson has experience in the representation of developers, investors, multi-unit housing, contractors, business owners, and property managers. She represents clients with small business matters and formation of for-profit and not-for-profit businesses. She also has experience with many areas of immigration including the naturalization process, work visas, removal, and marriage-based residency petitions. Ms. Gibson also represents personal injury victims of automobile accidents and slips and falls.


While at Emory Law School, Ms. Gibson was awarded the Henry Quillian prize for outstanding achievement and distinction in Contracts and Commercial Law and the Harry L. and Elanore Raoul Green Scholarship. Prior to opening The Gibson Law Firm, LLC, she clerked for King & Spalding, LLP, and practiced commercial real estate law at Powell Goldstein, LLP.

Carolina Dallal Bryant is a partner with the law firm Ayoub, Mansour & Bryant, LLC and has a varied real estate practice that includes litigation, transactional work, and closing work.  She is experienced in all issues surrounding tax sales as well as ad valorem taxation issues, curative title litigation, and consults developers regularly. She also has experience with land buyer/seller defects, land boundary disputes, including issues surrounding alleyways, contract disputes, foreclosure actions, community association consulting and disputes,  and zoning matters.  She has filed hundreds of quiet title actions throughout the State of Georgia and routinely serves as Special Master in the Fulton County Superior Court. She has been nominated a Super Lawyers Georgia Rising Star for 2014 and 2016 – 2023.

Carolina was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2009 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court.  Carolina graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law and Amherst College. Alembik has first-chaired more than seventy jury trials and arbitration proceedings in state and federal courts, and arbitration forums. Judge Shondeana C. Morris was appointed to the DeKalb County Superior Court – by Governor Brian Kemp on June 17, 2019.  Prior to Judge Morris’ appointment, she served as a DeKalb County State Court Judge.

A graduate of Lakeside High School in DeKalb County, Judge Morris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Albany State University. She graduated from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1997 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar that same year.

After graduating law school, Judge Morris served as an Assistant Solicitor in Atlanta. In 1999, she joined the Fulton County Office of the District Attorney and was promoted to Deputy District Attorney. As Deputy District Attorney, Judge Morris provided leadership to the Public Integrity Unit; the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit, where she worked to protect families and children.

Judge Morris is involved with many professional, civic, and religious organizations. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the DeKalb Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Gate City Bar Association, and the Lawyers Club of Georgia. She serves as a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, and the Chair of the Gate City Bar Association Judicial Section. Judge Morris also serves as a proud member of the University of Georgia Alumni Board of Directors and Mercer University Law School Alumni BALSA Council Vice President. Committed to the development of young people, she is also a member of the Criminal Justice Advisory Board for Atlanta Technical College and frequently serves as a mentor and speaker on topics ranging from law and ethics to mental and physical wellness.

Judge Morris is married to attorney Joe Morris, III. They are the proud parents of two young children and are foster parents under Georgia Division of Family and Children Services.

Hilary currently serves Chicago Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company – Georgia Agency as Vice President and State Underwriting Counsel. She joined the staff of Chicago Title Insurance Company, Atlanta Office, as an underwriter in January of 2005. Along with commercial and residential underwriting, Hilary provides training for agents on the basics of title insurance and other title related topics as requested by agents.  Hilary has been a speaker on various title insurance topics for the State Bar of Georgia, ICLE, SLTA, National Business Institute, and other CLE and professional associations.  Hilary has also appeared as a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia School Of Law and the Georgia Tech College of Business.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993 and her Juris Doctorate degree cum laude in 1998 from the University of Georgia. Prior to working for Chicago Title, Hilary practiced law in Georgia with an emphasis on title issues, residential real estate and foreclosures. Member: State Bar of Georgia (Real Estate Section), Executive Committee Member Chair for the RPLS, Commercial Real Estate Women of Atlanta (CREW), Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA, Inc.).  Hilary is the mother of a fifteen-year-old son, a thirteen-year-old daughter, two cats and a dog and in her “spare time” she enjoys travel and the outdoors with her family and hopes to return to whitewater kayaking someday.
