Kevin O. Skedsvold was born in Williston, North Dakota on August 20, 1963. He was raised in Augusta, Georgia and moved to Atlanta in 1985. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Augusta University (1985) and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law (1988). Kevin was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1988.

Kevin has focused his practice on insurance defense litigation with a particular emphasis on the defense of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters in the State of Georgia. He serves as state-wide counsel for numerous large and small insurance companies as well as many private and self-insured corporations. Kevin holds Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating for expertise and ethics.

Kevin is a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Committee for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and serves on the Rehabilitation and Managed Care Committee.

As part of his law practice, Kevin is actively involved in presenting seminars to his clients in an effort to keep them apprised of new developments in Georgia law on a wide range of topics including insurer bad faith, risk management, claim investigation, insurance coverage, trial practice and workers’ compensation issues. He has been approved by the Georgia Insurance Commissioner’s Office to provide continuing education seminars to insurance adjusters for credit.

After being born in the New York metropolitan area, Alex Wallach grew up in the suburbs of Washington, DC where he was greatly influenced by the coverage of the Watergate scandal in the Washington Post.  His interest in politics and law grew tremendously at that time. 

He graduated cum laude with a BA in Political Science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1984.  He is a 1987 graduate of the Emory University School of Law. 

Alex has practiced the entirety of his career with the firm now known as GEORGE & WALLACH, LLLP and has concentrated his practice on representing applicants in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security cases.  He has been named a Super Lawyer annually since 2008.  He is a former Chairperson of the WCCL (1993-4) the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the long-time Chair of their Amicus Curiae Committee and a past President of the Georgia Legal Foundation. He previously served on the Board of GIWA, the Georgia Injured Workers’ Advocates.

Alex was inducted as a Fellow of the ABA’s College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers in 2016.

Marci Rosenberg is a native of Louisville, Kentucky.  Ms. Rosenberg graduated from Emory University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Philosophy.  She is a 1993 Emory Law School graduate and has been representing plaintiffs in civil litigation matters throughout the State of Georgia since that time.  She opened her own practice in December of 1995 devoted to representing victims in workers’ compensation, trucking, and personal injury cases.  She is former President and current member of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Claimants’ Lawyers section of GTLA.  She is also a current member of the Board of Directors and is former Educational Director of the Georgia Legal Foundation (formerly the Amicus Curiae Committee of the WCCL).  Ms. Rosenberg is a Fellow of the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers.  She has also served as a guest lecturer on workers' compensation and practice related topics at Emory University's School of Law.

Stephen Graham is a partner in the Atlanta office of Drew, Eckl & Farnham, LLP.  He graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in business administration and attended Georgia State University College of Law.  Stephen has represented employers, insurers and third-party administrators in the defense of workers' compensation claims throughout Georgia since 2006.  During that time, Stephen has taken and defended hundreds of depositions including those of physicians, vocational experts and fact witnesses. He has also mediated over 100 cases to successful resolution. He works to resolve workers’ compensation claims quickly and efficiently, counseling clients from the early stages of claim investigation through the appeals process. Stephen has tried a number of cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has argued before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation Appellate Division and Georgia Superior Courts. He is a frequent speaker on topics realated to worker's compesation and serves on the Board of Directors for the Workers' Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.

Mr. Ramos served as a Commissioner to the City of Brookhaven Charter Review Commission in 2022. He currently sits on the Georgia Advisory to the United States Commission on Civil Rights and serves as the Executive Secretary. Mr. Ramos serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Council for Recovery.

Judge Sharon Reeves is the Deputy Chief Administrative Law Judge of the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation.  Before her appointment in 2017, she spent more than 20 years in private practice specializing in workers’ compensation and general litigation.  She is a Board Member of the National Association of Workers’ Compensation Judiciary (NAWCJ) and a Fellow in the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.  She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Rahul is a partner at Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin LLP. He joined the firm in 2022, and focuses mostly his entire practice on representing employers and insurers under Title 34, the Georgia Workers' Compensation Act. Rahul has over a decade of expertise in defending workers' compensation matters throughout the state. He also specializes in subrogation recovery on behalf of his clients and handles Occupational Accident and contingent liability scenarios. 

Rahul also sits on the Board of Directors for the Asian American Insurance Network (AAIN), a national 501(c)(6) non-profit organization of API insurance professionals. He was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, attended UGA for undergrad, and obtained his law degree from Mercer University.

Sherrill Britt is a Registered Neutral and experienced litigator of workers’ compensation claims. Sherrill began her legal a career as a prosecutor in Douglas County, but she then found her home in the Georgia workers’ compensation bar. For nearly 10 years, Sherrill represented employers and insurers, and injured workers, litigating and settling  cases at two of the largest workers’ compensation law firms in Atlanta. In 2022, Sherrill transitioned from litigator (fighter) to mediator (problem solver) and founded Sherrill Britt Mediations, LLC. Sherrill specializes in mediating workers’ compensations claims in Georgia.  Ms. Britt is a proud Louisiana native, and attended Georgia State University Law School. Outside of the law, Ms. Britt enjoys a good book, a strong cup of coffee, a long walk, a Peleton or yoga class, and time with her dog “Maizie”, her husband, and sons.

Sarah Stottlemyer graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 and went on to law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. After graduating in 2004, she received a fellowship at the Carter Center for International Peace working on International Human Rights. She began working as a Special Assistant Attorney General at the Fulton County Juvenile Court prosecuting child deprivation cases. She then worked at two large firms for several years representing insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims.

She currently serves as the president of the Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Lawyers of Georgia, she’s the immediate past president of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section, and she serves on the executive committee for the Workers’ Injury Law Group (the National Workers’ Comp Claimant’s Bar).

Stottlemyer also is the president of Holiday Helping Hands, a 501C3 she created to help children of injured workers with presents for the holidays. Each year, her non-profit helps between 250-300 kids with presents when their parents have been hurt on the job.
