Evan L. Kaine is a principal at Kaine Law, LLC and concentrates his practice on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, dog bite attacks, slip and fall incidents, and wrongful death. Mr. Kaine received his B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Georgia State University in 2000, an MBA and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2003.  He also obtained a Masters of Law Letters (LL.M.) in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from The George Washington University School of Law in 2004.

Mr. Kaine is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, Florida and the District of Columbia.  Additionally, he has been admitted to the State Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Sam Levy grew up in Columbus, GA & graduated from the University of Georgia in 1994.  He worked at two smaller firms before starting his own firm, Levy Tax & Consulting, in 2010.  Levy Tax & Consulting has grown exponentially since 2010 and is now a thriving 20+ employee firm.  They focus on small business and individual tax returns and tax planning.

Marcus G. Keegan currently serves as the regional attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Atlanta District Office. His appointment as regional attorney marked his return to the EEOC, where he was hired through the Honors Attorney Program after his graduation from Emory University School of Law. He worked as a trial attorney in the Atlanta District office of the EEOC before working in private practice for more than fifteen years practicing mostly in the areas of employment discrimination and wage and hour law.

Marcus Keegan serves as a an adjunct professor of law teaching Employment Discrimination at Emory University School of Law. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to employment law as well as law practice and has been named a Lorman Education Services Distinguished Faculty Member. Prior to joining Kaine Law, JD practiced in Florida for a private litigation firm where he defended individuals and businesses from actions ranging from breach of contract to civil rights violations. Upon moving to Georgia, JD worked for a local firm serving closely held business owners. In this practice, JD worked with his clients to navigate a range of legal issues from corporate governance to defending against civil lawsuits. This practice allowed JD to gain experience in both jury and bench trials.

After determining that he wanted to return to litigation full-time, JD went to work for a regional insurance defense firm. While working in insurance defense, JD defended individuals in personal injury cases from the initial stages of litigation through the resolution of the case. Throughout all phases, JD worked closely with his clients and the insurance companies to evaluate the best course of action for a fair resolution.

After years of insurance defense, JD became more passionate about helping personal injury victims rather than corporations. JD now uses the knowledge and insight that he gained on the defense side to ensure that his clients are fairly compensated for injuries caused by the negligent acts of others.  JD’s experience has allowed him to develop the skills necessary to effectively advocate for his clients in their personal injury cases.
