Mr. Alexander Joseph Bartko

Alex Bartko Law, LLC

Alex Bartko is a seasoned litigator with a background in civil litigation and risk management. Currently serving as the Associate General Counsel for Pep Boys, Alex oversees all litigation for the company, including commercial disputes, auto and general liability dockets, as well as the company's asbestos docket.  His work focuses on balancing business objectives with legal strategy to minimize risks while maximizing favorable outcomes.

Before joining Pep Boys, Alex was a litigation partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he handled significant cases involving contract disputes and business torts.  He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law, where he teaches an advanced trial techniques class.

Alex holds a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia. When not practicing law, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, watching the Bulldogs play, coaching soccer, and playing golf.
