Anthony DeCinque is the Deputy Civil Chief for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Georgia. He works in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement division, primarily pursuing cases on behalf of the government under the False Claims Act. He has recovered more than $40 million in restitution for the the United States. In 2023, Anthony was the successful lead counsel in the first False Claims Act case ever tried to verdict in the state of Georgia.

Anthony graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering before attending NYU Law. He clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and then worked for several years at a prestigious New York law firm before returning to Atlanta. He joined the U.S. Attorney’s office in 2018.
