Bradley G. Pyles is a partner in the law firm of Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson. He has been with the firm since 1993. He is a native of Macon, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia, obtaining his A.B.J. in 1990. He received his J.D. cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law in 1993.
For the last 30+ years, his practice has involved various areas of civil litigation. However, for the last 20+ years, he has primarily focused on representation of clients in regard to both individual and group (ERISA) short and long-term disability claims, disability retirement claims, and life insurance claims. He also continues to practice in the area of Probate and Estate Law. Over the years, Mr. Pyles has lectured on topics relating to Employee Benefits Law, as well as wills, trusts, and estates. He is a member of the Employee Benefits section of the State Bar of Georgia. He was awarded the AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Pyles has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia; the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; the United States Supreme Court; the Georgia Court of Appeals; and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
He lives in Macon with his wife, Natalie, to whom he has been married for over 35 years, and he is the proud father of 3 adult children – Madelyn, Jackson, and Sarah.
