Brittany Pasley is a Supervising Attorney in the Augusta Regional Office of Georgia Legal Services Program where she represents seniors and low-income clients in a host of civil legal matters.  She has been with the program since 2015. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her juris doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. Ms. Pasley specializes in Elder Law, frequently assisting clients with probate matters, Social Security issues, nursing home discharges, and public benefits reductions and terminations.  She has successfully represented clients at multiple stages of the Social Security administrative appeal process. She has helped clients secure SSI benefits, avoid debilitating overpayments, and obtain underpayments upwards of $16,000.
