Bryan Ramos is a committed litigation attorney dedicated to achieving exceptional results for Georgia’s injured workers. Ramos & Law was established in 2005 to “level the playing field for Georgia’s working class.” Mr. Ramos’ legal philosophy is rooted in authenticity, strategic preparedness, and old fashioned “hard work.” 

Mr. Ramos is a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, a national organization created to recognize and honor lawyers with distinguished service in the field of workers’ compensation. Most recently, he was named to the list of the “Top 100” lawyers list as compiled by Super Lawyers magazine. He also carries an “AV Preeminent Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer rating given to attorneys for professional excellence and ethical standards. Mr. Ramos is acknowledged and registered with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; and all Georgia State, Superior, and Appellate Courts.

Mr. Ramos served as a Commissioner to the City of Brookhaven Charter Review Commission in 2022. He currently sits on the Georgia Advisory to the United States Commission on Civil Rights and serves as the Executive Secretary. Mr. Ramos serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Council for Recovery.  

He earned his juris doctorate at the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is certified by Henning Mediation and Arbitration Services to conduct mediations and is a graduate of the Florida State University.
