Camelia H. Ruffin is a part-time Associate Judge serving under the authority of the Honorable Bedelia C Hargrove, DeKalb County Probate Court Chief Judge.   Judge Ruffin earned her J.D., cum laude, in 2009 from the University of Georgia School of Law and her B.B.A. in Accounting in 2006 from the University of Georgia. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Georgia and has over fifteen years of experience in probate and estate planning. She resides in the metro-Atlanta area and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
