Carl L. Solomon is a native of Columbia, South Carolina and is the owner of the Solomon Law Group, LLC.  He concentrates his practice primarily in personal injury law and wrongful death claims from motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, and nursing home cases.  Carl has worked on mass injury, class action, and multi district litigation to include: JUUL, AFFF, Graniteville Train Derailment, Sofa Super Store (represented families of 3 of the 9 deceased firefighters), Amtrak Train Derailment (Cayce, SC), Amtrak Train Derailment (Halifax, NC), and Roper St. Francis Data Breach.
