Carol Allen has approximately twenty years’ experience in workers’ compensation, with experience practicing at medium to large defense firms in Atlanta before spending almost a decade as a solo practitioner representing injured workers. Her current practice encompasses representing employers, insurers and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout Georgia. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing, both from the University of Tennessee and is a licensed Registered Nurse and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Her JD is from Fordham University School of Law.
