Charlotte Combre is a partner with the national law firm of Baker Hostetler where she focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance matters for health care organizations, specifically Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and payment issues, as well as licensure and accreditation matters.  Charlotte is ranked by Chambers USA.

Active in inclusion and diversity initiatives, Charlotte serves on the Baker Hostetler firmwide Inclusion and Diversity Committee and the Advisory Board to the Firm-wide Inclusion and Diversity Councill, and co-chairs the Atlanta office Inclusion and Diversity Committee.   Charlotte is also active in several legal and community organizations.  She is a past Chair of the Health Law Section of the State Bar and currently serves on the Advisory Committee for the Center for Law, Health & Society at Georgia State University College of Law.  She is a member of the American Health Law Association, and the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys.  Charlotte currently serves on the Board of Directors for St. Vincent de Paul Society of Georgia and is a member of the 2023 Class of Leadership Atlanta.

Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. and her juris doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law.
