Chris Galla is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Genuine Parts Company, a Fortune 200 retailer and distributor of replacement automotive and industrial parts. Mr. Galla has worked with Genuine Parts Company since 2005 and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility within the Legal Department.  Mr. Galla graduated with a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and obtained his J.D. at Wake Forest University. At Genuine Parts Company, Mr. Galla has responsibility for all legal matters, including litigation, M&A, labor & employment, debtor/creditor issues, corporate contracts, risk management, corporate governance, and board/management reporting.  Prior to his employment at Genuine Parts Company, Mr. Galla practiced law at Hawkins, Parnell & Young in Atlanta, GA.
 
Mr. Galla is licensed by the State Bars of Georgia and North Carolina.
