Dara set out with a belief that every person should have the opportunity to succeed no matter where they were born.  After graduating from Brandeis University in Waltham Massachusetts, with a semester abroad at Hebrew University, Israel, Dara went on to attend law school at Georgia State University. Since 2006, Dara has been guiding foreign investors, employees, victims and families who are willing to work to make their dreams a reality by coming to the United States.   Ms. Berger was the Chair of the Immigration Section of the Georgia Bar from 2012 through 2022, planning CLE events annually on the topics of family and business immigration law.  She has spoken at numerous State Bar CLEs on the topic of Immigration and is an active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).  She has held positions on several committees for AILA over the last 10 years.  She has spoken at the AILA Georgia/Alabama Chapter conference every year for the last 3 years on various immigration topics and assisted in planning the conference in 2021.
