David is the Chief Judge in the Hearing Division at the State Board of Workers’ Compensation.  David has been involved in Georgia’s workers’ compensation system for over 25 years.  David is a frequent speaker on hearings, mediations, the Board’s paperless/online processes, and workers’ compensation.  David obtained his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia (“Double Dawg”).
