Elizabeth (Liz) Phrampus is a litigator at Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein, LLP, focusing her practice on education law and workers’ compensation litigation. As a former assistant attorney general in Georgia, Liz has experience in all aspects of litigation, extensive client experience and is passionate about representing educational institutions, given her background in higher education. Before attending law school, Liz worked for several years as an administrator at the University of Central Florida. Prior to working for the attorney general, Liz represented individuals in Social Security hearings and has extensive medical and vocational knowledge. She graduated cum laude from Mercer University School of Law and summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida. Liz is also involved in the community and is an avid supporter of the performing arts. She is a member of non-profit community theaters in Atlanta and was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Live Arts Theatre. If she isn’t litigating, you are likely to catch her performing on stage, rescuing more dogs, or traveling. Liz has been part of the State Bar of Georgia’s Attorney Wellness Committee since 2020 and is passionate about helping fellow legal professionals with their goals for achieving work-life balance.
