With over 30 years of lived experience in sports and entertainment, Ellakisha is no stranger to high-stakes arenas. A former Division I record-holder and SEC Championship history maker, she was a top-five finalist at the World University Games and an alternate for the 100m hurdles at the Sydney Olympics. Her accolades include being named Top Female Student-Athlete, Academic All-American, and induction into the Albany High School Hall of Fame, University at Albany Wall of Fame, and the Capital Region Track & Field and Cross Country Hall of Fame.

A former certified NFL agent, Ellakisha now stands at the forefront of the evolving Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape. She is passionate about educating athletes and equipping legal professionals with the tools to navigate NIL regulations effectively.
