Gautam Reddy is a Partner in the Atlanta office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.  He focuses his practice on construction and infrastructure projects and government contracting. He has represented a wide variety of clients in the construction industry, including owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, both in the U.S. and internationally. His practice includes front-end contract drafting and negotiation, counseling clients during projects, and litigating cases in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts, domestic arbitration, international ICC arbitration, and the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals.

Mr. Reddy’s project experience has included large industrial mills and processing facilities, airports, hospitals, transportation infrastructure, pipelines, commercial developments, university facilities, and mining projects.

Mr. Reddy was listed as "Up and Coming" for Construction Law in the 2023 edition of Chambers USA and as an "Associate to Watch" for Construction Law in the 2022 edition. He was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in 2024 for Construction Law and in 2021, 2022 and 2023 as one of the "Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch" for Construction Law and Construction Litigation. He was also recommended by Legal 500 US in 2021, 2022, and 2023 for Construction and he was also named a "Rising Star" by Legal 500 US in 2021, 2022, and 2023 for Construction. He was recognized as a Georgia “Rising Star” in 2023 for Construction Litigation by Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Reddy is also active in the community. He currently serves as the President of the South Asian Bar Association of Georgia and serves on the Board of Directors of the Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.

Mr. Reddy received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, and his law degree from the Emory University School of Law.
