Grace Blood is a partner with the law firm of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs.  Grace focuses her practice on representing healthcare providers in civil and administrative litigation, with particular experience in managed care payment disputes, judicial appeals, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and certificate of need litigation.  She also advises providers on various regulatory and compliance issues, including fraud and abuse and EMTALA.
