Haley A. Schwartz is a Tax & Wealth Planning partner in the Atlanta office of Fox Rothschild. She centers her practice on creating values-based estate plans for moderate to high-net-worth individuals. Haley advises clients in all aspects of estate and trust administration, probate, wealth transfer strategies, charitable giving and business succession.   Haley often speaks to audiences on topics relating to the fundamentals of estate planning. She has presented to professional advisors about ethical wills and planning for beneficiaries who have addiction and mental health disorders. She is a member of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia and the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. She is a past Co-Chair of the Balser Symposium for Professional Advisors. Haley serves on the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League Southeast Region and is a member of the Emory Law School Public Interest Committee Advisory Board.  Haley is a graduate of Indiana University and Emory University School of Law.
