Stan Hill is Senior Labor and Employment Counsel for Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring with over 200 locations nationwide. Based in Atlanta, Stan leads a small but mighty team of attorneys who guide labor and employment compliance and strategy and manage employment litigation. Previously, Stan was a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He received a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Georgia Tech and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
