Mr. Jeffrey Michael Mustari

Jeffrey M. Mustari is the senior Partner at Southern Health Lawyers focusing on various health care corporate, regulatory and compliance issues, including fraud and abuse, Certificate of Need, administrative law and ERISA based payment disputes. After graduating from Emory University with a B.A., Jeff earned his Juris Doctor degree from Georgia State University School of Law in 2009.  Jeff has since become licensed as an attorney in Georgia and Florida.  Jeff shares his time between the Atlanta, Georgia office and Jacksonville, Florida office and is a member of the Health Law Sections of the Florida and Georgia Bar.
