Jennifer Guerra is an Atlanta-based Member of Stites & Harbison PLLC whose clients look to her for advice and risk management services in commercial and business litigation. After almost a decade of general liability litigation, her practice evolved and now focuses on the counseling and representation of lawyers, accountants and other professionals who find themselves facing claims or grievances. She also handles product liability, insurance coverage and other substantial litigation matters.

Because Jennifer’s practice touches on so many different subjects, she gets to dive in and become a “mini- specialist” in fields such as real estate, trusts & estates, corporate governance, tax, audit and data privacy & security.
