Her background is as unique as her approach. Before founding her speaking and coaching company, The Legal Athlete, Jess held executive leadership roles across a wide range of industries. As Global Head of Business Affairs at Jellysmack, a unicorn startup in the creator economy, she built and led legal negotiations and operations during its explosive global expansion and $1 billion+ valuation. At Marvel Studios and Disney, Jess negotiated and managed complex talent and production deals for blockbuster films, streaming series, and theme park productions. She also served in leadership roles at personal injury, mass tort, and corporate litigation law firms in Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania and founded The Brazen Sports Agency, where she represented professional boxers and MMA athletes, negotiating high-profile bouts, sponsorships and media deals.
