Jocelyn B. Goss is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a highly skilled professional currently serving as a Rehabilitation Coordinator at the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. With a strong foundation in vocational rehabilitation, Jocelyn's extensive career spans several roles, beginning with her position as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency. Her expertise led her to the workers' compensation field, where she excelled as a Return-to-Work Specialist and later as a Field Case Manager, advancing her career through each stage with a focus on helping individuals achieve successful employment outcomes.
Jocelyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Rehabilitation Studies from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. While at FAMU, she became a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She continued her education at Alabama State University, where she received her master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jocelyn is passionate about traveling, spending quality time with her friends, and cherishing her family, which she considers her greatest pride and joy. Her personal and professional life is a testament to her dedication to both the rehabilitation field and her loved ones.
