His deal experience spans the range of M&A activity, including LBOs, strategic mergers, cross-border deals, activist investors and other special situations, SPAC transactions and REIT M&A.

John counsels clients in a wide variety of industries, including in the infrastructure, real estate, chemicals, healthcare and technology sectors.
