Jonathan Smith began mediating in 2008 in a Fulton County court program that allowed law students to spend a year of school attached to the court system.

Following graduation from Georgia State University School of Law in 2010, Jonathan entered civil litigation and spent several years representing employers and insurance companies before transitioning to represent Injured Workers beginning in 2017.

Jonathan now uses his years of his experience advising clients to thousands of resolutions to help parties work towards resolution and works exclusively as a mediator throughout the State of Georgia.
