Jordana Sternberg is a complex business litigator who has represented public and private companies in a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, media, technology, financial services, and food services, and she also has represented government organizations. Jordana has advocated for companies and individuals in contract, fraud, and securities matters at the trial and appellate levels, and her experience includes local and nationwide litigation, class actions, and antitrust matters. Jordana also has advanced experience with eDiscovery in large cases.

Jordana’s areas of interest include business torts, corporate governance and fiduciary issues, qui tam, and consumer protection. She has served as lead counsel in multimillion-dollar disputes and handles discovery, motions, briefing, and trial preparation. Jordana values efficiency, determination, and confident advocacy, and she brings these goals to all her projects.

Jordana was a nationally competitive debater in college. She has also coached high school debaters to multiple national championships and she has taught legal research, argument strategy, and cross-examination.
