Kathryn Rotenberry focuses almost exclusively on workers’ compensation defense, representing businesses, insurers, and self-insureds in coverage and compensability issues. Kathryn has successfully tried cases before Administrative Law Judges throughout the State and handled numerous appeals. Additionally, she has had great success bringing hundreds of cases to resolution in a timely manner. Kathryn enjoys working closely with clients to best serve their needs and achieve favorable results.

Kathryn is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts in the State of Georgia as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Kathryn is an Atlanta native. She earned her undergraduate degree from Furman University with honors and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law. Kathryn lives in Sandy Springs with her husband and their Labrador, Turbo. She enjoys road biking, hiking, and traveling.
