Kelly Benedict works for the Law Office of Laura Ogg and Associates, which is Staff Counsel for AmTrust North America. She represents employers and AmTrust insurers in workers’ compensation claims. She received her undergraduate degree in political science and psychology from Duke University in 1986 and her Juris Doctor from Emory University in 1990. Benedict has served on the Board for the State Bar of Georgia Workers’ Compensation Section and she was a member of the State Board’s Rules and Mediation Advisory Committee for over two decades.
