Kevin is a trial attorney with Penn Law in Atlanta focusing on a wide range of serious injury and wrongful death cases across the state. He has recovered numerous settlements and judgments of a million dollars or more. Kevin’s recent successes include a $345 million judgment on behalf of 20 survivors of childhood sexual abuse against five insurance companies who wrongfully denied coverage, a $21M judgment in a business dispute, a $6M institutional childhood sexual abuse settlement, and a $5M commercial vehicle settlement.

Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Kevin attended Clemson University where he competed as a scholarship athlete on the track and cross-country teams before graduating with a degree in Microbiology in 2015. After working in a genetic toxicology lab, Kevin attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and actively represented survivors of childhood sexual abuse through UGA Law’s Wilbanks CEASE Clinic.

Kevin is a 2023 graduate of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s LEAD Program and has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers’ Rising Star every year from 2023-2025. He has also been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as one of its Top 40 Under 40 from 2022 to 2024.
