Kimberly Waldon is a staff attorney and the Program Manager of the Clayton Family Advocacy Office, a specialized project with Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. Atlanta Legal Aid is a nonprofit that provides legal assistance to people with low incomes in need of civil legal services. Kimberly primarily represents and advises survivors of domestic violence in a range of civil legal services which include: obtaining protective orders; filing and responding to actions for divorce, legitimation, and custody; and securing financial support. She also provides representation and legal assistance to people facing eviction, and those seeking unemployment and other public benefits.

Kimberly is an active member of a number of organizations, including the ABA Commission on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, the Georgia TPO Forum, Clayton State University’s Legal Studies Advisory Committee, the Clayton County Task Force Against Domestic Violence, the Clayton County Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. Kimberly earned her law degree from UC Davis School of Law in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Howard University in 2013. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Georgia.
