K.P. Reddy is a nationally recognized employment and business attorney.  For over thirty-four (34) years, K. P. has had the unique experience of litigating on behalf of both employers and employees in employment, wage and hour and restrictive covenant cases.  K.P is AV®Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.  K.P. has been selected by Georgia Trend Magazine as one of Georgia’s “Legal Elite” in the practice area of Labor & Employment.  Since 2014, K.P. has been voted by his peers as one of Georgia’s Super Lawyers®.  In 2015, K.P. was recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers® as a Top 100 lawyer.

K. P. is a graduate of Emory University and Emory Law School.  After graduation from law school in 1989, K.P. served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State Attorney General’s Office defending state agencies and officials in employment litigation.  In 1996, after entering private practice, K.P. continued to represent state agencies and officials in employment litigation as a Special Assistant Attorney General, and also represented employees and employers.  K.P. has represented employees, government entities, and small businesses in employment and corporate litigation, wage collective actions and complex restrictive covenant cases.  K.P.’s representation of both state and local governments has provided him with extensive experience in understanding the unique issues that arise with governmental entities, such as immunities.

K.P. is a panel member as a Mediator and Arbitrator with BAY Mediation and Arbitration Services.  K.P. is a panel member as a Mediator and Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. 

K.P. received mediation training from both Resolution Resources and Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service.  K.P served as an Investigator for discrimination claims filed with the City of Atlanta’s Human Relations Commission, and has been retained to investigate employee complaints filed with employers.  From 2007 until 2017, K.P. served as a Hearing Officer for the Georgia Department of Education for teacher and student appeals.  Since 2011, K.P. has served as a Hearing Officer for the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
