Kristen Settlemire is a Senior Assistant Attorney General and Chief of the Education, Local Government, and Judiciary Section at the Georgia Department of Law. In this role, Kristen leads the Attorney General's Open Government Mediation Program, along with representing various state agency clients, including the Georgia Department of Education and the University System of Georgia. Kristen is admitted to practice law in Georgia, New York, and New Jersey. Kristen graduated from Wake Forest University cum laude in 2007 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012. Kristen is also a doctoral candidate at the University of Georgia in Educational Administration and Policy and serves on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of Atlanta, Inc. Kristen resides in Atlanta with her husband, Christian Fuller, and their two corgis, Ava and Scout.
