Lauren J. Miller is an attorney with Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP, where she has practiced since 2016. She focuses her practice on trust, estate, fiduciary, and business litigation all over metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia, including will contests, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud claims, contested guardianship and conservatorship matters, business partner disputes, and disputes over executor/ trustee mismanagement or malfeasance. She has handled jury trials, bench trials, and numerous appeals. Prior to joining her current firm, Lauren practiced family law in Atlanta.
Lauren received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. She obtained her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia, graduating in the top 5% of her class. During law school, Lauren was the Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review. For the last several years, she has taught various advanced legal writing courses to third-year law students as an adjunct professor at Mercer University.
Lauren is involved in the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the Washington and Lee University Atlanta alumni chapter. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the north Georgia mountains, the outdoors, traveling all over the U.S. and the world, and reading.
