Ms. Lily Wilkerson Burkhart

Lily Wilkerson Burkhart graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in English. She joined Speed Seta as a law clerk in her second year of law school and, in 2016, earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Lily competed on a national level with the Business Negotiations Team, learning valuable strategies for negotiation, business ethics, and problem solving.

Lily has concentrated her practice in the area of workers' compensation defense, defending claims for insurance companies, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers from inception through resolution. She has defended claims at the trial and appellate level.

Lily is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the State Bar of Florida.
