Lindsey G. Anderson is an Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General Chris Carr, where she focuses on motor vehicle issues and for-profit schools. Lindsey previously served as a Senior Attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid, where she represented low-income metro Atlantans living with cancer and HIV in a wide variety of civil matters including consumer bankruptcy. Lindsey is a graduate cum laude of the University of Michigan Law School and former law clerk to Chief Judge Barbara Ellis-Monro in the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court.
