Paul is a medical malpractice litigator and partner with the firm of Huff Powell & Bailey. He handles complex cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. His clients include physicians, nurses, physician groups, surgery centers and hospitals. Paul also defends medical device manufacturers in products liability cases and claims. During his legal career, Paul has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the State of Georgia. He has also appeared on behalf of numerous clients before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of the South, Sewanee in 1997. He received his law degree from Georgia State University in 2003.
