A full-time professor of accounting, taxes and business valuation at Kennesaw State University.  Has two children and five grandchildren (four granddaughters).  Also an inactive member of the State Bar of Georgia for 45 years.  Has been a partner at IAG Forensics & Valuation for over the last twelve years.
