Meg Tysinger Hartin grew up in Atlanta.  She attended Converse College for her undergraduate degree and the University of Georgia for her J.D.  After graduating from Georgia, she clerked for Judge P. Harris Hines then worked several years in private practice in Marietta focusing on civil litigation.  She served as a Regional Attorney and then Deputy Managing Attorney at the Atlanta office of the FDIC.  Meg joined the Board as an ALJ in 1997.
