Megan Hodgkiss, CEO and Principal Writer of Hodgkiss Consulting LLC®, is an experienced media professional, as well as a licensed attorney and mediator. Her unique communications background includes more than 20 years in the areas of business marketing, feature writing, print and broadcast journalism, and editorial advising. She also has extensive experience in conference planning and event orchestration.

 

Megan holds a Ph.D. in public communication and a J.D. in law. She's a past winner of Georgia State University's prestigious 40 Under 40 Awards for influential and impactful alumni.

 

In addition to her media and legal work, Megan also volunteers within her local community.  Megan is the Editor-in-Chief of the State Bar of Georgia's Bar Journal. She also serves on Atlanta Bar Association Foundation and Historic Oakland Foundation boards. Megan is a past leader of the Atlanta Bar Association CLE Board of Trustees, the award-winning Atlanta Bar Association Women in the Profession Section, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers Foundation. Outside of the office, she also regularly helps fundraise for health awareness and historic preservation campaigns.
