Judge Michael Garrett is the Chief Judge of Clayton County State Court.  Judge Garrett was appointed to the bench by Governor Nathan Deal in 2012.  Previously he was a prosecuting attorney for the South Georgia Judicial Circuit and the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. 

Judge Garrett is a graduate of Auburn University, where he majored in Business.
