Michael Van Cise is a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory in Atlanta, where he focuses his practice on wealth transfer planning for ultra-high net worth clients, business succession planning, international estate planning, charitable planning, and complex estate administration.  He is a fellow of ACTEC, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is included in the Chambers’ High Net Worth guide. Michael has experience representing large and complicated estates and has worked on a broad array of issues pertaining to estate administration. While being licensed in Georgia, Michael is also a member of the Florida Bar.

Michael is a graduate of Mercer University and the University of Georgia School of Law. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for trusts and estates law. Michael currently serves on the Code Revision Committee of the Fiduciary Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
