Andrew Crain is the Managing Partner of the intellectual property firm of Thomas Horstemeyer, LLP, Andrew leads the firm's litigation practice group but is involved and has experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and unfair competition, both in litigation and prosecution.

Andrew represents clients in litigations involving all types of intellectual property issues, having appeared in district courts throughout the United States and having represented clients at the appellate court level, particularly the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
