Mr. Paul Maurice Baisier

US Bankruptcy Court

Judge Baisier has been a bankruptcy judge in the Northern District of Georgia in Atlanta since July of 2015.  Prior to that time, he was for 15 years a partner in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he represented creditors in bankruptcy and related workout and collection matters and various parties in commercial real estate matters.  Judge Baisier began his legal career at King & Spalding, where he represented parties on all sides of bankruptcy cases, including debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, asset purchasers and even a future claims representative.  Judge Baisier received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois with highest honors and a J.D.  magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
