Paul W. Hamilton is the founder and owner of Hamilton Trust Estate & Elder Law located in Valdosta, Georgia. His law firm is dedicated solely to estate planning and elder law to those located throughout Georgia. 

A 2004 graduate of Mercer University School of Law, Paul also serves in various leadership positions, including service on the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors, Chair of the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and co-vice Chair of the Real Estate, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Committee for the Real Estate, Property and Trust Law Section of the America Bar Association. 

He is also the father of three wonderful children: Henry, age 18; Cole, age 15; and Bailey, age 13. They enjoy traveling, snow skiing, and going to the beach and mountains.
